At Red Dirt Co., we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Refund Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

• The refund request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Exclusions:

• Customised or personalised items are not eligible for refunds.

• Items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Refund: To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at reddirtco@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

3. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

 

Return Shipping:

• Red Dirt Co. will only cover shipping for damaged and defective items, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping due to change of mind. 

 

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
